Today I had the pleasure of shopping at the Armories in Kissimmee for the first time. Being new to gun ownership I was looking for knowledge and friendly help. Wow, did I pick the right place. I worked with Ross who was so very helpful. Took all the time I needed to explain the differences in several of the handguns, the use of each and provided a lot of great tips on proper gun use. I left with a new Sig and all the necessary extras. I would highly recommend the Armories in Kissimmee and especially Ross. Thank you for your knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful time an service!

Very good gun store. This is demonstrated by always having multiple customers in the store. The store is bright and well laid out. I've bought two pistols here in past year. Have been very happy with both transactions. Store has regular CCW classes. Only drawback is there is no range at this location to test out weapons.

Ross and Misael made the experience unforgettable. Just purchased my first gun. Super excited! They assisted me with finding the perfect fit. I rarely hand out 5 stars unless something extraordinary occurs, so I won't here. That said, I'm a first time buyer and owner and the staff did not make me feel uncomfortable or intimidated. They were professional and courteous and provided more than enough information. Matthew and Pat were very helpful and I made my selection with ease and comfort. Easy reco for sure.

Ordered a prism optic online, ended up receiving a demo model (evidently by accident). I reached out via email and the online customer support team was EXTREMELY helpful and prompt with the responses. They were apologetic that I received an open box model, sent an overnight label to return the open box item. Even the new item received was in hand in less than a calendar week (6 days) from emailing to reciept. A+ for responsiveness and pricing.

Have been here a few times before and always received great service..stopped in today and it was a complete 180 from what I was expecting. I went in to inquire about a specific firearm also to pick up some 12g defensive ammo. I cant make this up, there was 1 other customer in the store and maybe 6 or 7 staff members. Upon walking in no one greeted me. I thought no biggie lets take a look. After about 5 mins of looking into each glass enclosure searching for the coveted Walther pdp pro, I figured ok they dont have it, lets look for ammo. I stand in the middle of the store searching for 12g ammo and the only 12 g ammo is 3 1/2 inch shells which I cant even chamber. At the 10 min mark its just getting awkward. No one asked if I needed help, I wasnt even acknowledged. I’m 6’6 so its not like they didnt see me. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received. Such a let down compared to previous experiences. Last time I’ll step foot in here. I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping here. This is the reason so many people have gone to buying firearms online. The lack of service and professionalism is astounding. The amount of money people spend on firearms, doesnt feel good to be treated that way. Guess I’ll give more money to the academy those guys are cool and down to earth. I’d prefer to shop local and support local business owners. I spend my money where I’m treated best. Let down
