I agree with the previous comments. It does NOT seem like a legal operation. The customer service is terrible, if you’re able to reach them at all. The Tortuga music festival was moved to 2021, so I requested a cancellation for my stay, but Pelicanstay had to confirm the request. They did not confirm the request until day 30 before my trip. In order to get a refund, the trip has to be cancelled prior to the 30 day window. Therefore, I was not reimbursed one dime for my stay, even though I requested cancellation within the allotted timeframe. Companies have been great about rescheduling during this time; but not this one. Pelicanstay has taken advantage of the situation and scammed people out of a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed in the past and will never stay again. Each time the customer service was non-existent.

I canceled my stay within the time frame allotted. They still continued to charge my credit card and its been almost three months and they have kept the money. I would not do business with the Pelican stay. It's a shady operation .All their offices are in the Philipines and no one cares to talk to you. I am warning you, It is a illegal place and they will not give you any service!! They still have my 1,300.00 dollars!! I never went there, yet they kept my money.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! Staff was friendly and very attentive throughout.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we needed. Only issue was the water in the shower. The water took a while to get hot and pressure was very low. I imagine this is a simple fix. I alerted the reps at Pelicanstay and assume it will be fixed. Our trip was short so it wasnt a major problem for us. The tub next to the bed was amazing and relaxing!

The view from the room was more so the intercostal but a very clear view of the ocean as well. Both beautiful!! Given the weather, you have a great view of the sunset and partial of the sunrise. The beach is right across from the hotel. Beautiful and clean.

The pool is beautiful. Music, food and drinks prices are expected and not too expensive. Drink and food options were great. The resident pool is quiet and perfect when the sun starts setting. You can extend your sun time by moving to this pool once it starts moving west. There are food and drink options available there as well. The lounge chairs arent as nice as the main pool but just as good.

The gym is clean and has a lot of machines and equipment. DBs but no weight lifting area. Plenty available to get a good workout in.

Parking is a little pricey coupled with the resort fee. Valet is very quick when getting your car for you. There is street parking if you want to download the app and add money every few hours.

All in all, this is an awesome resort and we would definitely stay again.

Booked a room with the Pelican Stay and they cancelled my reservation with out any notice that my credit card did not go through. Not even a courtesy call to make sure the credit card was correct. The customer service lady was not helpful at all and did not even try. She wouldn't even take my credit card over the phone. Very disappointing. My wife's birthday weekend.

I did not wanted to leave without giving you my truly honest opinion about my stay.

The truth is that I did not enjoyed my stay at all. Here's why:

-Master bed was very used up and my lower back would sink like if there were missing bed slacks to support the mattress. I woke up with back pain.

- The second bedroom bed was not clean. I found dirt and hair on the sheets as if they weren't washed after the previous guest.

-There was no working internet connection (I had to buy a mobile internet plan with a device from sprint in order to do my work from the apartment)

-Only one working TV in the living room with missing batteries in the remote control and no cable TV. The only thing that was available was the Roku Device connected to the TV which I had to Provide internet to with my Mobile hotspot.

-The noise level from other apartments is moderate (Specially at nighttime)

-Bathrooms had not been cleaned. (Master bedroom bathroom had urine on the seat upon my arrival)

I'm sorry to say I am very disappointment with this stay and I only stayed until the checkout date because the place had already been prepaid. I have made reservations at the Marriott Next Door which is where I should have stayed from the first day.

I will not be returning to this property.
I don't know if I should give your other properties another chance but this one definitely not. My Guest Star Rating out 1 out of 5.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK no service, place dirty , air went out, drains backed up, open sockets they wont do anything and hotel cannot help because it is privately owned.... book direct with hotel
