Since 2018 we used h and h 4 times.
Each time the hourly rate on my bill receipt was $125, 140, 150 and a water heater that I do not have an hourly rate.
We called h and h to replace a faucet with one that we had purchased.
They wanted $325.00 to which we thought extremely high when 3 years before they installed a kitchen faucet for 150.00.
We finally settled for 250.00.
I will not be using them again.
It is a shame because I never had a concern for the work the plumbers did.

Simply put, they are disorganized, unreliable, difficult to work with, and dishonest. Our insta-hot faucet needed replacement. H&H sent someone who had little to no experience related to the product and could literally do nothing. This was confirmed by the second plumber who said the first plumber never so we asked for a new one from Ferguson Electric, which complied for no charge. Yet, H&H still charged us $145 for coming out and doing nothing. Then we asked for another visit to install the new faucet. I asked before the visit what it would cost and was quoted one amount and, was told a much higher amount when the plumber arrived, who was two hours late. They kept changing the reasons why they were charging more, which by the way was $340 for an hour of work or $485 total. No apparatus included in price. I told them that I was going to write a negative review and they couldn't care less. They don't deserve your business. Btw, they go by many names so be careful. Their rating before mine is far less than perfect. A word to the wise should be sufficient.

Called H & H this morning to clear a clog in my kitchen drain pipe that was beyond the J-trap and in the wall. Dave came out about 2 hours later and cleared the obstruction. Very professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Price was per hour and was about the industry average, but Dave was working about 80 minutes and only charged me for 1 hour. H & H is a longtime local Boca Raton company, I've had relatives and friends use them in the past with good results. Highly recommended, particularly if you live in East Boca.

Don't trust them! Lisa was incredibly dishonest regarding the price of my job. Told me one thing on the phone, after the job was completed the price went up $100 for no reason. When I called her to ask what justification she had acted like she did not remember our conversation from 4 days ago. I will never use them again

The two gentleman that came out to my home were very kind and ultimately got the job done (after a few tries). My issue is not with them so much as it is with the office. The office initially wanted me to pay for the two plumbers hour-long lunch break. They later credited me back a half hour on my bill after some back and forth. While the plumbers were working they damaged my custom closet system which backs up to the master bath. The office refused to pay for this damage as they said, "they had no idea what was on the other side of that wall." I'm fairly certain it's your responsibility to find out the scope of the work prior to drilling aimlessly into my walls. This is now an added cost I have to incur. Moreover, after they spent an entire day at my home the valve for the tub began to leak. They did come out first thing the following morning to repair this, however, it just compounded an already negative experience. Next time I will call Solty's Plumbing.
