Having Dr. Rozen as my breast reconstructive surgeon was the absolute worst experience of my life. I don't want another woman to ever experience what I have gone through. I ended up having a severe infection because of his lack of care and dismissiveness. He would barely examine me and there were times I would wait for an extended period of time past my appointment time, only to be seen for less than ten minutes. There was hardly a physical examination and due to the lack of care I ended up with an infection so severe that I had to have antibiotic infusions. Ladies, please stay far away from this doctor. I am now completely stalled in my breast reconstruction process because my experience with him was an absolute nightmare. Please stay way! There are better doctors and no one should go through what I have gone through. I will say that his nursing staff is incredible and so is his administrative assistant. They are wonderful, unfortunately, he is not. I hope one day, I will heal from my experience, but right now I don't even want to think about breast reconstruction and it shouldn't be that way for any woman. Please believe me when I tell you- seek care from someone other than Dr. Shai Rozen for breast reconstruction. He is not what you are looking for as a breast reconstruction surgeon. Dr Rozen is absolutely incredible. I’m thankful from the bottom of my heart for him to give me back my face. Besides doing an excellent job I love his bedside manners. I wish we had more doctors like him with knowledge, and without the huge ego that most doctors possess. Horrible experience. He took my case and made false promises. He clearly doesn't have the experience when it comes to neurectomies and complex hernia repair. Shame on me for not getting a second opinion.
He refused to give me a scan post surgery that clearly showed why i was in so much pain. I had to find another doctor to give me a scan after 1yr of begging Dr Rozen for a scan that he refused to give me. It makes no sense when a patient is in chronic pain and begs for it. It could of saved me so much time to get the proper medical care i needed. I had to go out of state to find a surgeon to fix my original problem and redo the surgery Rozen claimed to do. I wasted over a year and money for surgery that he clearly doesn't have no clue on

Charged for the consult even though he knew prior to the consult (through the information forwarded via email) that he won't be operating, due to the patient's medical issue. It's neither fair or honest.
