I appreciated it, when A Furry Tail came to my house, to clip my dogs nails. She was kind and gentle, and my dog felt less panicked at home, Than somewhere else. I highly reccomend them, and will have her come again

If you need a pet groomer in the Orlando area, then you need should call Jenny at A Furry Tale. I see her vans all over Winter Park, Maitland, Winter Springs, and Longwood so I know lots of other people use her. Jenny and her team always treat my fur baby with loving care and it's awesome that they come to me, it takes the stress off of dog by not having to be stuck in a cage like a lot of pet grooming shops do. Jenny's grooming vans are always super clean and sanitized. Thanks for your excellent service and making my pooch look dog show ready.

Called me back promptly, set up an appt for the next day. Wonderful and caring! We switched to mobile grooming so that our 16 year old dog could be groomed at home. I cannot say how loving and sweet she treated our “baby”

I wanted to share something that happened yesterday with my dog. This is the second time we have used this mobile grooming company. During the groom, my dog was severely cut on her neck. I have since come to find out that this happened at 3:30pm, however she didn't come in to tell me until 5pm. She went on to act like it wasn't a big deal and just required glue and neosporin. Thank goodness I was able to get immediately into the vet, since it was after 5 on a Friday. The vet told me she was "this close" to hitting the jugular and she would have died. She had to staple the wound and since she is 16, she could not sedate her. She also told me this was the worst grooming incident she had seen. She said someone should have immediately told me to take her to a vet, and not recommend surgical glue.

I understand accidents happen, but the way this business owner handled the situation was completely unprofessional. When I called to talk to her (which by the way, I would have thought she would have immediately reached out to me), she did not call me back. She had her technician call me back. When I insisted on speaking to the owner, she just kept saying accidents happen and didn't apologize for the way the situation was handled. She also told me her technician called her at 3:30 and sent her pictures about what happened. It's unbelievable to me that no one came in to talk to me about this immediately when it happened.

I would strongly recommend that you do not use A Furry Tale mobile grooming. We did get the money back and they did pay us for the vet bill. However, I still feel like this was handled extremely unprofessionally.
