I wish businesses would really put customer service at the forefront of their business model. On an assignment as a contractor for a governmental agency. So you know the protocol for billing and reimbursement is very different.

I have to get three quotes to show I'm a good steward and receiving the best pricing. I went to Hertz and received the utmost service, and my quote.

Next, I approach the Alamo/ enterprise counter. The young Hispanic lady with braces and blue rubber bands was assisting me. Before she even let me finish what I was saying she already was telling me No. She couldn't assist. I explained I'm going to be renting a vehicle for probably a year, and wanted a monthly quote. Then she proceed to give me the quote, but said she needed my ID and credit card just to give me a quote.

Needless to say. I'm going to give my business to Hertz. It matters who you have working the counters as the face of your company.

Can’t begin to explain how easy it was to rent a car with Alamo the attendant or customer service agent made it easy. it was an extremely hot walk from the terminal to the rental car pick up. This did not impact my rating. I’m merely stating this fact, because as soon as I walked in the attendant at the counter knew …make this girl comfortable, and she was kind ,attentive and courteous I informed her I had an extra two people in my party and my originally reserved vehicle wouldn’t accommodate or suit my needs. She gladly pointed out alternatives and offered a discount for my rental . I was so so pleased. I will only rent with Alamo from now on. I’ve never utilized the company, but I will promise, This is the only company I will use in the future. The customer service was top-notch and you can’t beat that. I’ll never forget it …they made an annoying flight seem effortless! The Jeep I reserved was clean awesome and impressed all my guests !!!! Again… five stars all around I’ll never rent from anyone else. You’ll regret it if you do! Way to go alamo you have a new customer for life.

I flew into SFB on Allegiant on 8/4 to get a car and drive to Disney to check my daughter into the Disney College Program. She will be gone for 5-10 months so emotions were high, stress was high due to Hurricane Debby starting to hit, and we had SIX suitcases, four of which were very large. We made it to the Alamo counter with some help from terrific people along the way and we got checked in quickly and were directed to the door where the “men” were waiting to help us find our car. One gentleman took our paperwork and told us to wait where we were (out of the wind and rain) and he said was going to get our car for us and that he was going to give us a free upgrade! I had rented a full size sedan, but when he pulled up my jaw literally dropped. It was a brand new SUV Cadillac loaded! He even helped us put our luggage in it! I wish he knew what his kindness meant to my daughter and me. I have some mobility issues that aren’t apparent. One of the workers he was with told me that “the boss” was taking great care of me. I neglected to get his name, but I hope HIS boss reads this. It is because of his kindness and generosity that I’ve booked my next rental in October with Alamo. In the past I’ve always used Enterprise- I know they are sister companies. Btw- I booked with Alamo the first time on 8/4 because of the great rate and especially because it was pay at pick up with free cancellation. Those 3 traits are top in my book. Now I can add my free upgrade to that list and use it as a testimonial to let others know about my excellent service! Thank you “boss man” and Alamo!

Car rental with Alamo is pretty seamless. My only suggestion would be at drop-off - if the receiving person would ask if there’s anything they should know about the car - performance, etc. I had an issue where the mom button didn’t work on the fob, but they don’t ask. It would also be nice if someone were outside at pickup to ask, for instance, how you lock and unlock the doors without a fully working fob. Otherwise, have never had any issues with Alamo or their cars.

Alamo was by far the cheapest place to rent from! When we arrived at the airport, the car was ready and waiting for us. It was beyond expectations! Dropping off was super easy too! I highly recommend renting with this company!

This was our first time renting from Alamo at SFB. I typically always rent from Budget as i have a business acct. with them. I rented 2 vehicles on this trip, one at Budget ( which was a total nightmare! ) and one at Alamo. I had the best experience at Alamo that I have ever had renting a vehicle, they were extremely nice and the vehicles were top of the line! Rosa was so nice and welcoming at the counter and the return agent ( I forget his name ) was just as nice. This will definitely be my go to rental agency from now on!! Ps… it is a very short walk from the terminal.

The staff at the Sanford/Orlando airport are top notch. They really understand excellent customer service. I arrived at midnight and I was greeted very courteously, my reservation was handled quickly and I drove away in a very comfortable, clean car. I have traveled to this airport a number of times this year because of family reasons and I have had consistent excellent service every time. Thank you Alamo staff for making my trip a little easier.
