Omg...am I finally getting to that age where I leave reviews ? I'm only 27 good gosh lol
I've been to ARC before a couple years ago but I live in South Austin area and I was skeptical because the other location felt very rushed and transactional. And when you are feeling like utter crap like I was just a few days ago, you want a Dr. that is genuine, bedside manners, and is thorough. After reading reviews about Dr Walter's, I can attest that this was seamless. The 50 min drive up to this location was worth it. The facility is nice and clean. Waiting area - I was sitting for maybeeeee 5 mins, maybe even less. They called me back quick.

As for Dr. Walter's, he's a very laid back guy. Didn't come off with any intimidation or like he was bothered like some Dr.'s can be. He was quick but thorough. Told me it could've been several things causing my sickness ? and discomfort and gave me my options on how to get me back to feeling better. And I am feeling better! He even wished me a Happy Holidays when I left which is a nice little touch (I'm in retail so I notice these small but kind gestures even more). To close my book ? review....go see Dr. Walter's, don't second guess.

My doctor was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He was kind and very empathetic to the migraine I was having. I am very thankful for the help he gave me today. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This was my first time using ARC Urgent Care, and I wasn't excited initially because ARC can be such a mixed bag. Well, I'm happy to report that I had a great experience with Dr. Walters. They called my name quickly in the waiting room, the doctor's assistant/nurse was helpful and listened to my concerns. Dr. Walters was kind, welcoming and caring. He didn't rush the appointment and listened to my concerns, careful to address each one. By the time I got back to my car, my pharmacy had already received my prescriptions. I left feeling relieved and grateful that I went to see the doctor. Thank you Dr. Walters!

I made an appointment online for a same day visit, and Dr Andrew had appointments available. I saw Dr Andrew, he was very nice and eased my mind about my foot that I thought was possibly broken. I had an X-ray done and before I left I Dr gave me the results, no broken foot and he advised me on what precautions to take. My experience at ARC is always good, My PCP is Mariam N.whom is also there in Round Rock ARC, and she is so nice and caring and always takes her time and explains everything thoroughly.

Helpful and caring. He called promptly to follow up on an x-ray I had to have at another location after the visit.

I came to this center as a result of a breakthrough Migraine that surfaced yesterday. I was in utter agony today. When I called for an appointment today, they had one readily available. I arrived early to my appointment out of respect for the doctor's time. Unlike most doctor offices who is forever running behind schedule, not only were they efficiently running on time, they were ahead and was able to accommodate my early presence. Once I was back in the treating room, the time spent waiting was less than 5 minutes. What struck me most about this doctor is he didn't have a superiority complex. He never came across as he knew better because he was the doctor. Rather, he cared about what has worked and what hasn't worked. He wanted to know the activities leading up to the breakthrough migraine, and together we were able to uncover what triggered. Since I am relocating to this environment, this doctor was not only concerned about treating this migraine, but he took into consideration where I was going so he could try to prevent future breakthroughs. I loved the fact he allowed me to be apart of the decision making process. When there was a course of treatment I would rather try something else, he respected that and accommodated that. I ended up needing an injection in the booty, and suffice it to say, an infant has a higher pain threshold than I do. But the nurse who administered it was so good, I never felt the needle going in, or the medication being injected. She knew precisely the area to inject for the least discomfort, and also the appropriate amount of pressure on the needle plunger to avoid flushing medication into my system. I didn't need to massage the area to disperse the medication at all. I'm truly impressed.
