Despite my child being in a medium weight percentile, Dr. Oliver made a point to say that my daughter has gained too much weight - right in front of her. My child is 8 years old, and extremely sensitive. Dr. Oliver then proceded to interrogate my child about everything she eats. Anytime my child hesitated, Dr. Oliver implied that she wasn't being truthful, when in fact she was just embarrassed. Dr. Oliver also implied my child wasn't being honest about brushing her teeth. As soon as we got back in the car, my child started crying and asking me if she was fat and if there was something wrong with her. Again, she's only 8 years old. This was the worst experience we have ever had at ARC, and we will not be back to see Dr. Oliver again.

I moved south of Austin 3 years ago but continue to keep Dr. Oliver as out family pediatrician because she’s awesome!!

Dr Oliver is awesome ! She spends time to understand our concerns ! We love nurse Stephanie , she is very caring. Entire staff is very friendly . Radiology tech is an amazing woman, made sure my kids were comfortable during testing. Lab techs are very friendly .

Dr Oliver and her nurse Stephanie Gomez are the best providers that I’ve ever met. They are extremely friendly, professional, and fast in performing work. Also, my child get the best care for his needs. He had eczema and I went to the dermatologist but the ointment that Dr. Oliver prescribed is way more helpful. Highly recommend.

We saw Dr. Oliver for a sick visit. She is not our normal pediatrician but, we were very happy with the care she gave. She had an awesome bedside manner and was very respectful of my daughter. She was friendly and answered all my questions. Her nurse was also very helpful and gentle with my daughter.

Do not see Dr.A Oliver if your child has any mental health concerns or issues. She is lacking when dealing with a teenage girl. Anyone with a teenage daughter knows that they overthink everything about their image and looks. She passively Called my daughter overweight.
It was just an overall feeling of being rushed, ignored and talked at. The conversation wasn’t engaging and felt scripted. See Dr.Chang at whitestone if you must go here .

Dr. Oliver is the best of the best! She is amazing with my two children and we are blessed to have her as our pediatrician.
