Renee Walden-Shea has been my therapist for three years. She made the first step into therapy an easy one. Her approach to therapy really resonated with me and is the reason why we’re still together. Scheduling and communication is super easy. Renee really cares about her people, is understanding, and there to support you every step of the way. Dr. Patel is also kind, caring, and easy to schedule with. The Calm Psych team are attentive to responding to messages and ensure easy navigation of billing. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Dr. Desouza is by far our favorite doctor! He has an amazing ability to make every patient feel relaxed and comfortable, even through virtual consultations. His friendly, approachable demeanor puts you at ease right away, and his professionalism ensures that you always feel cared for. My wife Kathy uses the services of CalmPsych to help her deal with her Bipolar Disorder. She has a Therapist and a Counselor that she speaks with on a regular basis. They also prescribe medication for her as needed. Her appointments are virtual and the times are convenient. Her experience and therapy has been great. The staff is caring, understanding, supportive, and professional. Both my wife and I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone at Calm Psych has been great. I’ve been struggling with a mix of bipolar 1/ADHD and they’ve helped me find a good balance for my medication. Before I was really struggling to find the right medication. Both Dr. Patel and Dr. DeSouza have been great. Mike has been communicating with me on the phone and has helped me get in contact with both doctors reliably. Thank you everyone at Calm Psych!

I don't know how to express my thoughts and gratitude to Dr. Patel and her staff, Jenny and Mike! They go far beyond the scope of what I call angels ?! Dr. Patel always is there when you need her, and her staff Jenny and Mike do everything thing they can to help you. They are always on top of everything for you. If you call or text you are guaranteed to be contacted before the end of the day. They treat you like family and that's hard to find these days. I would gladly tell anyone if you are in need of help, this is the office to go to!! You won't regret it!

Dr. Patel genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to me and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am at my best. She is very knowledgeable about different modalities of treatments for my mental health. She guides me in the right direction even if it means referring me to another provider. Dr. Patel is one of the few providers that truly cares about the well being of her patients!
