I could not be more happy than my choice to go with CFL Auto Appraise. My car insurance company was trying to give me an ACV that I felt to be too low for my specific car and I reached out to CFL Auto. Jim got back with me right away, answered multiple phone calls I had anytime I had a question. Extremely responsive! Anyways, at noon on Tuesday I called Jim and at 3 P.M. the following Thursday he called me with the great news that he got me 3K more for my car! Best money I've ever spent. Had two of our vehicles totaled by a hit and run driver at the same time. USAA's "appraisal" of their values was a bot generated report of dealer advertisements which looked low & suspicious. CFL Auto Appraise and Auto Inspections.
I have been dealing with classic cars and hot rods my entire life and I am 62 years old now. I have never seen anything like this what Jim did. I was so amazed to the detail and everything covered on the vehicle I had inspected. Jim need to franchise this Company to several other states. This Company stopped a $54,000.00 mistake that I would of made if it wasn't from Jim. It was well worth the money spent for this inspection and I will use this Company only when I have a vehicle inspected. Great Job.
