I have not been able to get a hold of somebody for an intake after 3 week speaking to a secretary with the doctors we were referred to. I was informed that I should continue wasting my time as they are aware they are understaffed, or will not provide any assistance with intake, communicating with patients.

Some years ago, I did some testing and had sessions with a counselor there and found them helpful. The Covid isolation affected me, and I tried to make an appointment to see the same person... or another. I called a few times and they said someone would get back to me. Nobody did. So I went there and was told appointments could only be made over the phone or online. Online I was faced with "The page you requested could not be found." So I called yet again, but gave up after a half hour on hold. They may be a fine company, but if you can't access them, they're useless.

I'm a retired RN and am appalled at Med P.S. Their therapists leave abruptly with little effort to provide a continuity of care to their patients. The practice does little to provide a smooth transition and assist finding another therapist. It is a danger to their patients and a liability. In the medical field there is a term called 'patient abandonment' and, in my opinion, Med P.S. provides sub standard care. Please, if you are in need a therapist go elswhere.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Like, I saw a counselor a few times and I liked him. But I was set to have a psych evaluation scheduled for this Monday the 4th of December. I called to verify. They didn't have me on the schedule for some reason but would keep digging to find out more. I get a voicemail a little bit later saying that they FORGOT to put me in the database to be scheduled, and that they wouldn't have anything until May!!!! Are you freaking kidding me. I'm a very patient person, but come on, it is so inconsiderate to do this. Now I have to find another place and try to get a psych eval somewhere else, but I don't want to wait until May.

I Have called four times for an appointment and left a message to call each time. No one has called me back. I even called a different extension and they said they would text the person responsible, It’s been a week now and nothing has happened.!

I am a patient of dr Eader. He is a caring man. Every time I meet with his he says something specifically to make me feel comfortable. Such as assuring me that while the world in a challenging place that his office is a safe place. He’s a real mensch. Some people complain about how hard it is to get in touch with him. I can understand that many of the individuals seeking this kind of treatment don’t have the where with all to pursue a solution. It was easy to get an appointment. All I had to do was call the receptionist and I got an appointment for the next day.

I used to love Comprehensive Med Psych. My Psychiatrist and Therapist are wonderful. Unfortunately since May they will not respond to medication refill regulars from my pharmacy or me. I am out of duloxatine and experiencing the withdrawal symptoms and anxiety but they won’t respond to requests for refills on anxiety medication. I woul NOT recommend Comprehensive Med Psych again

Updated my review from 2 to 1 star. It's now been over 2 months, all attempts by me to call and email them receive no responses. They have completely ghosted me on my evaluation but I did receive my bill so their billing department still works. AVOID AT ALL COST. Look online for services like this.

I completed an evaluation a month and a half ago. When I told my doctor I still had not received the results they were amazed as it usually takes a few days. You call this place, and you may talk to someone right away, or be in a queue for an hour, you never know.

There are professional online options for getting an evaluation which I wish I had done from the start.
