Definitely a 5 star rating! I found Duane and D & H Appraisals from an internet search so i wasn't 100% sure of what the results might be. I was impressed from the beginning, extremely professional from start to finish. I had many items to appraise, ie, watches, rings, bracelets, etc, and i needed to have it all appraised for insurance purposes. Most companies will have you drop off your jewelry and all your expensive items to their store and , i guess you have to hope you will get it all back. This company has a very convenient, outstanding service where they come to your house and do they work there, then they go back to their store for the final work that is necessary. I was impressed also with the turn around time and also the cost was not expensive. I worked with this company for just their appraisal service but i believe they do a lot of other things to in the jewelry business, i would trust their work in other areas too.

I inherited my aunt's jewelry and after several years I realized I wasn't going to actually wear it. I knew places bought gold (you see the ads in the newspaper all the time), but I figured that I'd get the worst deal at one of those storefronts. I did some research and it was suggested to get everything appraised by an independent third party. I found Duane via a Yelp search. While my jewelry was not of the appraisal level that Duane must normally deal with, he did facilitate getting me to the right person to purchase the gold. It was all done in front of me, and since the price of gold is currently high, I was pleasantly surprised by the final tally. I 100% recommend D & H and will be using his services again in the future!
