Been a patient for over one year. I feel she’s very detailed and meticulous about patient care. I’ve been to 2 other endo’s, one moved and the other was not personable at all. Dr. Ojha listens to your concerns, teaches, and treats appropriately. She does not “brush things off” like some other doctors will. As far as the staff, they’ve been nothing but nice to me as I tend to initiate the joking with them. Wait times are normal and range from 15min to an hour. She’s worth the wait because she’s that good! Besides, I give myself 2hrs for any appointment because doctors have emergent patients that need to be seen right away. If I had an emergency, I’d want to be fit in ASAP and to find a doctor that accommodating can be hard to find.

I must say we chose last minute to give the staff a second chance and they showed up this time. I appreciate the extra help with my wife who is autistic. You made her visit enjoyable instead of over stimulating. Thank you.

I don't even know where to begin. I will start off by saying Dr Ojha is fantastic. Only issue we have is the staff. Rude doesn't even begin to explain the staff. My poor wife came back to the car in tears yesterday over how rude the staff was being. That was the last straw, we will be changing doctors offices in hopes of finding a more sincere staff. I truly hope the doctors here listen up and fire their entire staff and rehire. Your image is a direct reflection of your staff and that's why I give it a 1 star.

Travel all the way from the Daytona area just to see her. Well worth the trip. She will take the time you need. I never feel rushed with her. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst first patient experience. My appointment was at 1pm. I know, like any office, you have to wait past your appointment time in order to see the Doctor so I got there at 12:45, I had all my patient paperwork filled out ahead of time as well. I waited in the waiting room until 1:30, I explained that I was on my lunch break from work and I would need to be seen by 2 (Reasonable I feel since my appointment was at 1). The nurse takes me into the room at 1:30 and says the Dr is coming out of the room and will be with me. She says "We typically don't run late after lunch but we did today, sucks for you." Then after 10 more minutes, a different girl came in and said that the doctor was with another patient and that I was next but I would need to keep waiting. While I was in the waiting room the staff was on their phones, laughing, showing each other memes on facebook, talking about a joke that the rep that was in the office had said. While I was in the room waiting for the doctor that I never saw, Im pretty sure they were talking about me because I heard my name and someone say "SHHH, the doors open". They offered to reschedule me, and to my face they were nice. I can't vouch for the Dr or the service but my first impression was awful. I wont be back!
