Dr. Shultz is truly an expert in gastroenterology. He cares for the patient's well being, wants the well. He readily answered all questions with no hesitation. He's a specialist in diseases of the esophagus.

Had a fine relationship with this Dr I thought. I needed to move due to a family emergency at very short notice. My pharmacy informed me that the Dr would not renew my Rx for Barrett’s. I informed the Dr Office that I was out and needed it. Because I could not make one more appointment he would not renew. I guess the office visit fee was more important than my health. He told his employee to call and tell me to buy the over the counter type and just take 2. I normally I take 2 a day of the Rx so I asked, if that meant 4 otc a day but she didn’t know. Great, thanks a lot doc. Would it have killed you to give me 30 more days? Until I found a new Dr in Chicago? Just one more thing in a very hectic time.

The staff is excellent and very friendly. They are very professional. The problem is with Dr. Shultz. He is not a good listener and comes across of just trying to hurry you out the door. He has his own mindset and no concerns for his patients or at least with me. Also, he became verbally abusive and yelling when he talked to me over the phone because of his lack of understanding. He does not do his read up on his patents and you have to keep repeating things to him. He does not remember what was discussed in previous appointments. Please stay away from this doctor unless you like being treated like crap.

I Love Love Love this Office. Dr Shultz Is GREAT!!! Dr Shultz and his staff are very nice and professional. I've never had a problem getting for a sick visit. Dr Shultz always listens and never rushes me out the room like other Doctors usually do. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristine Trout ARNP today and she was very good and thorough. I am so happy I'm in a great practice. I wish I had more stars to give them

I am cancelling my procedure there. I had an emergency and was not in town but called to reschedule my procedure 4 days before it was scheduled. I was treated poorly by the procedure scheduler and asked why did you schedule it on that day. Well, because I didn’t plan on an emergency
Office staff are not pleasant at all. I would not recommend

Never had a problem with anyone but Dr. Shultz. Was scheduled for an endoscopy at the wrong facility by his office and then once I was there and had the I.v and everything they realized that I was at the wrong facility. He then came to me with an attitude like why r u here and im like vause u told me to be. And it got to the point that I left crying he made me feel so horrible. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last 4 years and I have never had an experience like this. Please stay away if you have any self respect. I have never been so disrespected by anyone in my life.

Very caring staff. Always seen on time. Dr. Shultz is extremely patient and very good listener. He is opened to working with patients in terms of medication and trying natural paths of treatment. Very refreshing.
