This was my first time visiting Dr. Echols and it was exactly what the reviews said. He was very patient, he explain everything to me in great detail, and he is funny as heck. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Staff was ok , it seemed a little busy
the front door lady was pleasant and had a great smile she greeted us hello and goodbye. As far as Dr. Echol I must say it felt like a business transaction, with poor doctor patient skills , never introduced him self nor acknowledged me. Waited over two and half hours for a 10 minute consultation, the staff never check in on us as we waited for an hour and half in the room to bee seen, and be told all we needed was an MRI … Some doctors now days are more for the attention of people needing a doctor , there’s no getting to know your patient, no connection, sympathy nor empathy in the duties being performed.

Hes my shoulder surgeon, trust him and he knows what he's doing!! My therapy is taking a little longer, but thats ok. I dont want to hurry anything and damage what he has done!! Hes great!!

Dr Echols, highly recommended and I can see why he’s extremely Patient, Kind, Speaks In terms that you can understand what he’s going to do for surgery and I absolutely love his personality that gives me comfort. Highly recommend!!

It is difficult to find a doctor who takes their time to make sure you understand your health. Dr. Echols was patient, attentive & an excellent communicator.
He listened carefully to my concerns, asked specific questions, & then clearly explained what was going on with my arm/ elbow.
He personally went over my after care instructions And reiterated them before he left to make sure I had no other questions.
His office staff were pleasant & professional.
At the end, he personally took me across the hall to get my arm brace fitted properly at a different department. I have no idea if this is his standard practice, or if they were shorthanded. But either way, it left me with a very good impression of my first visit to his office.
I left with the sense that he was invested in my well-being & he truly wanted me to get better and feel better.

The only reason this post is even possible is because this kind of quality care is rare... it shouldn't be, but it is. So, well done, Dr E.

I’m giving 5 stars because Dr. Echols was very through and explained what he suspected was wrong with my knee and how we would proceed depending upon outcome of MRI. Although wait time was long it was definitely worth it .

Dr Echols was very understanding about my condition. I’m a total “weenie” when it comes to shots. But he took the time to understand and was very patient. The shot I got wasn’t as bad as I had built up in my mind either. He was really good. I just felt some pressure was all. Thanks Dr Echols for your compassion and understanding. And for keeping a sense of humor about it all. It does matter to us “weinies”.
