Very very bad ! Do not use them! I’m very concerned for patients who could be suicidal. I can never get them to set up my appointments. They just told me that my provider is not licensed in my state. My provider definitely is. They said they would check on it and call me back. And, again, they have not. After many, many calls, they still don’t get back to me. I’ve reported them to the medical board and better business bureau.

I ran out of one of my meds. I called in. They said my provider would send two refills to the pharmacy. I have called 5 times in the course of 4 days and emailed several times to let them know the pharmacy didn’t receive the script that I was told my provider sent over. My pharmacy has reached out to my provider 4 times.

Now, I’m crying and have anxiety without it for this long. I know I won’t be able to go to work now.

Going without psych meds is a big deal. I call it neglectful at this point. I can’t just go somewhere else. Takes forever to get an appointment!

I am sincerely starting to think that this is just a way for lower end mental health providers, who cannot find work in this field, to make quick money. They provide what are supposed to be mental health providers via zoom and that type of format, which became popular during the pandemic lockdowns. It is practically impossible to find a mental health provider that is taking on new patients. The first person turned out to be a social worker admittedly doing this as a side job. She ended up repeatedly saying something so inappropriate and accusatory during the first therapy session that I hope she has lost all ability to give any sort of counseling to another person ever. Edited: on the administrative side, they got the job done…records released to whom they needed to go to and we are at least happy with that.
