We love Guillermo! Originally, we tried selling our home ourselves and we found there was an abundance of resources available to do that successfully. But the more we researched and learned, the more questions we had and became very overwhelmed and stressed. Trying to sell our home by ourselves and execute a military move with small kids was not working and we badly needed help. After asking around at our church, we got Guillermo's number and the rest is history. He clearly has a gift for helping others, and it shows in his words and actions. At the time, we came to trust him very soon after meeting because we could tell we had a professional realtor working with us. As an example, it took him less than a day to sort through our months-long "progress" and get us on the path to success. He always had time for questions and was always able to translate what we needed to do, walking with us through selling our first home.
