Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Bordering on aggressive. It's a shame folk feel the need to treat others like that, simply for having the audacity to walk not a shop! Looking at other reviews, sounds like there's a culture of really bad service at this place.

Was there last Sunday. 3 members of staff huddled in a corner chatting. There were no other clients in this big warehouse-type building. We walked up and down the isles many times trying to choose a carpet. Not once did anyone come to offer help.
I would not return and most definitely not recommend .

Given the circumstances, I think it's great that you can go in and have a look at what's on offer. Whilst you can't roam the shop freely, you can rummage through the samples that are at the front of the shop. The staff were excellent, showing both knowledge and a real desire to help out as best they could. There's a wide variety of carpets to choose from and all very reasonably priced. Their choice of fitters is quite wide, all local and available anytime of the week. The one we chose, Hill's, couldn't have been better. The guys were prompt, friendly, well-priced, tidy and fitted the carpet in about an hour. All round, just what you want from a carpet producer and fitter.
