Placed an order in August and still have not received it. I’ve emailed and called them several times with no response. I’ve reported them to the BBB as at this point, I just want my money back. Don’t order from this company!

Same as everyone else. Placed an order, but can't get hold of anyone at the company to find out when it will be shipped. Just called my credit card to issue a dispute, so they won't get paid if I don't receive anything.

Update: a few days after issuing a dispute I received an e-mail from Kitch'n saying the order was cancelled. Also, the pending charge was removed. Lesson is to always look at reviews before ordering anything on-line.

I completely understand that it may take longer than a few weeks to complete an order, perhaps trying to fulfill items that the company may not have had in stock during the time frame for which I purchased my items. However; not only did my order not come with an invoice of complete items that I ordered, but it also did not include all of the items I ordered, all together! After leaving a message with the "customer service department line" that continues to be busy, every single time I call them, Il The numerous messages I have left them I have yet to hear back from a single caring person or someone from their department. It took longer than a month to get my order delivered and because I didn't have a tracking number until the last second, everything melted at my front doorstep because I had no idea when my delivery was actually in transit. This company had more stars than one when I ordered from them, and it seems like more people are trying to give negative stars even though that's not an option.

I might as well get in on the berating. My experience is the same as everybody else’s. Soda from kitchen never got the item. Emailed customer service multiple times with no response called the customer service number left a message. No response finally had to cancel the order through my credit card. They however keep sending me emails although I have unsubscribed and they keep wanting me to write the product that I never received. This place is a total scam. Do not order them.

Site is a scam. Placed an order a month ago, still haven't received anything. Left several voicemails, the outgoing message says they are "Busy helping other customers and someone will return your call in 24 hours" no one ever returns calls.

I finally got my order today, and I was very disappointed. I ordered chocolate ( which I had eaten before when they carried it in my local store), and it was old! The chocolate had turned whitish and gritty, a sure sign of out-of-date chocolate! It had to have sat in a warehouse for several months to over a year to get like that! Total waste of money. Considering how long it took to complete my order ( over a month) and its quality, I will not order again or recommend Kitch'n.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This company is awful, I should have looked into them before placing an order. It seems like I have the same complaints and issues as others on here. I emailed them after not hearing anything about a delay or even order being shipped out and told them I would just like my money refunded. They finally responded that they were trying to process he refund but the order was on the truck and sent out before they could complete the refund. That was well over 1.5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails asking to refund my money. The few times they have actually responded they just say it's been shipped and now it's my problem to go to the post office and talk to them. They refuse to do anything to rectify the issue. I have never dealt with a business this terrible that does not take care of their customers whatsoever. I am starting to believe the previous reviews saying this is just a scam. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but when multiple people have the same complaints then something fishy is definitely going on. Someone needs to investigate this 'business' asap.
