This is a popular ice cream parlor tucked away in the France Pavilion. You get 16 flavors to choose from, and is served in a ‘gelato’ style. The service was quick with our orders, but the cashier had a loud voice level.

I got two scoops of Raspberry Sorbet. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and creamy. It also had a good fruity flavor to it. Although the price point is high at almost 10 dollars, I would still recommend if you need a way to cool off on the summer.

I love this place. The ice cream martini was always my go to until I fell for the lavender cone with white chocolate coconut ice cream. The atmosphere and vibe was better when there were more French cast members but the quality is still great.

Terrible service. Workers are taking the french character too seriously as they seem to purposely be unpleasant and rude.

The Croque Glacé is really good. Ice cream scoop pressed inside Brioche buns

We ordered simple and got a chocolate ice cream and vanilla, each in a waffle cone. We really liked it! The vanilla was super creamy so of course my girls loved it. And the chocolate was nice and rich too. The line went quick and it was fun to be in this part of "France" in Epcot.

Great ice creams, service not great with the line being forced to wait outside in the heat? It doesn’t open until 12pm, not that this is clear anywhere! Disney could make this far more profitable, very odd really.

Probably the best ice cream shop in the entire Walt Disney World.
Many flavours to choose from.
Price was also not too expensive despite its location. Good value for money.
Expect to queue, like most shops here.

Overrated as most things in France.
The croque was not bad and the ice cream was fine, but the service seems very French.
Asked to try a flavour of ice cream (they have 16) and they said no. Think it's quite common for ice cream parlors to let you try some flavors prior to picking one.

Also not all items accept dinning plan, but I guess that's granted if it's a third party store.

The Ice Cream Martini was good, but could be better. I think there's a paradox of choice here with a dozen ice cream flavors and three alcohols to choose from, and never having had an ice cream martini before, it was hard to decide which combination would be good. I asked for a suggestion, but there was a language barrier, so I just had to do my best. It might be good to have a few pre-made combinations on the menu, or at least have cast members who can offer one up when asked. Still worth getting, just could be better.
