The service was great. The process from finding the car to buying it was straightforward, especially as a first-time buyer. They told me what was good and bad about the car so I was able know what I was really buying.
My budget was tight, so my options were limited and I knew I was going to struggle to find a solid car. However, the Mazda3 I got from M Motorsports has done me very well, especially as a used manual.

They helped me out and they were trying to help me get the best price. There was no manipulation (they weren't like the other dealers that you know are trying to be really nice to get you to be friends with them) they're sincerely there just to do business. They even bought a piece of the car that was missing and didn't charge me for it. I recommend.

It was my last day to find a car after someone totaled mine. I went with my family (husband, 3 year old and an infant) Both gentlemen were polite and greeted us in great manner. I came with one car in mind and left with a better one, which it's total cost was a steal! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to come here. The process was super smooth and relatively quick comparing any other dealer sitting there over 2 hours.

These guys are the WORST kind of shysters. Bought my car from them a few years ago with a host of issues not the least of which was some phantom chirping noise. I had to hound them to get missing and broken items repaired or replaced and when the car was in their possession, they removed the car alarm! And the passenger door wouldn't lock! So for the first two months i owned the car it was completely vulnerable to theft. I finally paid the dealership to fix the lock and door at a cost of over $700. The chirping noise? my dealership found the sound was being made by removal of the car alarm. The shop that was supposed to FIX the lock in the passenger door actually BUTCHERED the door, removed the insulation and removed the car alarm the previous owner had installed and messed up the door lock. Don't bother contacting better business bureau if you get screwed here, m motorsport sweet talked the bbb guy and he dropped the case. Get a carfax, review it thoroughly, have your own mechanic look the car over top to bottom so you don't get fleeced like I did. PS - the only reason I bought the car was my car was vandalized (twice) during the pandemic.
