This apartment is great as shown on the pictures. Big thanks to Bre because she helped us go over each available rooms to choose between the layouts and made sure we chose the one that we were really happy with. We chose this place because it had included in-unit washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and community is protected always needing a key to enter the building. Would recommend to others

First of all I would like to recommend this newly reconstructed apartment solely for the onsite manager Bre for her excellent service, and for the nice location and the nice worry-free parking lot and the small park and gym... The bad review is for the upper management. Tony the general manager is a rather nice guy and assisted me getting my issues resolved, however the damages done by the Supervisor Uliana. One small issue about the whole management would be the maintenance calls. For example I have been experiencing low water pressure for about 1 month before I moved out, and it didn't get fixed until 2 days before my final departure. I moved out one day early before my lease ends, and I purposely done that because I came back the next day and cleaned the whole apartment up for whole day! We clean and mopped the flour, cleaned the bathtubs and toilets, filled in the holes on the walls, washed the walls, washed the balcony, cleaned the sinks, all appliances are nice and cleaned. We have $2400 security deposit. We understand there may still be a cleaning fee but should have only be only 1 or 2 hundreds. Guess what, I got hit with $500 just few days later. Bre asked the supervisor to contact me, and only after I followed up with more than 2 emails and text messages, she finally called. The first words is that "I don't understand why you are upset, we charged you everything we should." And she said the management has the right to charge me $250 for deep cleaning which is not documented anywhere in the contract, and when I mentioned the law required a receipt for any thing more than $150, she says she knows the law and she has 21 days, and she wants to remind me she would have additional 14 days after that if she didn't have the receipts yet. She says the final check would not be sent to me until all is clear. That conversation didn't end up well. Contradictory the check $1900 was already mailed to me minus the $500 already decided. No receipt, nothing, just whatever she says so. Anyway it took Tony the GM to had rectified the situation and at the end I was given back $200 and they kept $300. I am still not happy but it is not worthy to bother, and hence this review. I have no issue with the apartment itself, no issue with the onsite manager, and no issue with Tony the GM, but personally against Uliana.

We’ve been touring units around the area and ended up falling in love with this property. Unit we saw was spacious and we loved the kitchen layout with modern cabinets. Manager who showed us the unit was super attentive and helpful - thanks Bre!

Nothing like moving into a brand new apartment complex. This place has in unit washer and dryer as well as a fitness gym. There is even a dog park nearby. Overall, this place is very convenient and is a steal for the price. During our tour, the property manager Bre, was very helpful and easy to talk to.

I never do reviews but this one is well deserved! Bre was so helpful and this apartment was definitely worth the wait! Feels so clean and refreshing to be the 1st to move in and really looking forward to waking up to the beautiful mountains! Also they just finished the park and I can’t wait to meet the other doggos there!

my gf and I were looking for months. We are so lucky we waited for this one to be completed. It's amazing and the manager Bre is so friendly and helpful. She made everything stress free and worked with us on our move in timing. We got the penthouse floor with the best view. Absolutely love it!

The apartment itself is the most modern you’ll find in the area, for the price.
