Dr. D was great as was the hygienist. Both made me feel very comfortable, did a great job. I actually felt like a short nap about half way thru my cleaning. Definitely will spread the word.

They are always great! Dr. D explains everything and listens even better to make sure you get the best treatment. The front office is also on to of their game all the time. It's always a great experience with them! The technicians and hygienist do a great job also. I'd highly recommend then.

I can't stress how absolutely seamless the whole experience was. I had a bubble that formed on my gums a few days ago that was painful, and I was worried. I called and asked to come in, and Della said that they don't have any availability until Monday. She stressed that she was concerned about it becoming painful over the weekend and recommended other offices. I looked around but decided to make the appointment for today with them. Della told me on Thursday when I called to make my appointment, if I were to get antibiotics what to get. She knew the exact dosage, how many times to take it, everything. So very smart and kind. I got prescribed the antibiotics then and started taking them in advance.

Once I went in for my appointment, I did my paperwork online, so I got sat right in. Bridgette was my nurse, and she was very sweet. She did my x-ray, which took a couple of tries because it was stubborn. She thanked me for being patient and understanding.

Dr. Andrei Dragomer, the dentist, was phenomenal. I went in for my appointment at 12, and he reviewed my x-ray right there and told me everything he saw. He offered my options and recommended what he thought was the best course of action. He emphasized that my situation did need to get handled quickly as it could come back and be more painful. I thought over my options, and I was able to come back at 330 to get my tooth extracted.

The tooth extraction went very well. I had to get 4 shots in order to numb, but he explained it's a 1/10 chance of this happening, and it just so happened to me 3 times in a row, lol. He asked what I was comfortable with about showing me what's going on and explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He was also so kind to Bridgette, who was helping with the extraction. He thanked me for being nice to work with and seemed to really enjoy what he does.

Overall, he is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to in my entire life.

This dental office provides excellent dental care and award winning customer service from check in at the front desk to the hygienist, Dr D, to the front desk, again. I highly recommend this office!
