Dr. Ara is a gem. She does a thorough, bio-psycho-social assessment with every new client. First session is a full hour! Future sessions are frequent and long enough for her to really understand her patients experience and needs. She is warm, kind, and genuine. I had an exceptional experience at Pacific Mind Health, thanks to Alexandria. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and she was incredibly attentive and personable. As someone new to Ketamine Assisted Therapy, I was naturally anxious and unsure about what to expect. Honestly, I was a little on the scared side because I didn’t know what to expect from the euphoria or buzz one experiences. I was reassured that everyone's experience can vary but they were all there to assist if I had any questions, concerns. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything in detail, which immediately put me at ease.

Horrible experience. It’s not a private office it’s a shared co work space shared by several people not other medical professionals, who are just in and out. The dr was rude and dismissive as well as flat out disrespectful. It was an awful experience. If you or a loved one is seeking discrete compassionate care this is definitely not the place.
