I love this clinic! I have been taking my son here for 6 years and I won't change it for anyone else. The previous pediatric office denied to see my son for conjunctivitis. They stated they were full when no one was in the waiting room. I called Dr. Pham's office and they told me to come in right away with no appointment!!! I had to wait for a while, and I did patiently! They took my son with no appointment, my son was a new patient, and they were busy! Still, I was grateful I did not have to go to ER or after hours for just eye drops. At the end of the day it is a pediatric office, not a fast food! I have been to this office with no appointments many time. If you go in a decent time frame they will squeeze you in. I also love both Doctors, Father and Daughter! Father is old fashion way Doctor. He has his moments but he still a great doctor and he is caring! Dr. Pham daughter is a sweetheart, very smart and caring! I also love the after hours phone service, because it is them, not any company or nurse practitioner! Any emergency call they answer. You have to listen to the machine first.

Vivien Pham is my favorite and her staff is nice as well, her father not so much, typical judgmental old doctor but that's nothing new to me. He seen my children once and was so amazed at my 20 month old daughters growth and how advanced she was for her age. 30 words, walking until he found out she was never vaccinated then he flipped out but he doesn't intimidates me much, but Vivien is so sweet and you can tell she loves working with children.

We recently switched both of our children ages 8 and 12 over to this practice, and so far I am soooo happy with the care we've received! The pediatrician my children had seen prior to Dr Lac and Dr Vivien was their pediatrician since infancy, and all the time we were there with this doctor, we didn't feel that he or his practice was very interested in doing any more than treating a sniffle or handling physicals and immunizations. When we first went here, we scheduled new patient physicals to start the school year. Dr Lac saw us, and although I admit that his bedside manner is a little startling, you realize not long into the visit that he is just gruff, not rude. He is a straight shooter, and don't expect him to sit and shoot the bull with you or be falsely nice. I found it refreshing. I like the fact that he sat down with me and spoke candidly about his concerns for my kids and how he listened to the concerns I have in return. He spotted my son's ADHD immediately, and as it turns out, he does in fact have ADHD. He and Dr Vivien have worked to put together a treatment plan for him, and he is doing so much better! My daughter is having issues with acne, and both doctors in the practice have worked to help her get this under control. I am very appreciative of the time and effort they have put into my kids. I swear they have worked harder for my kids in the last 3+ months than my previous pediatrician did in 12 years! I thank them both from the bottom of my heart, and I am certain we won't be changing doctors for our children ever again. We are sold!

Dr. Pham was cool but his daughter is stuck up and not very understanding. There isn't books or toys to keep children preoccupied for the wait time which is always usually two hours, one at the very least. Good thing is the staff up front is nice and professional so far

We have been going to this clinic for a little over 17 years. Dr. Lac Pham is a very rough, "tough love" type of person. Sad to say he crossed the line one too many times. He yells at my children, demeans them by calling them "stupid American boy/girl". Trying to compare my children to his "genius" grandchild and making my children feel bad because they don't receive the same education as his grandchild does, that's why they are "stupid American children" being raised by "stupid American parents". Those were the last insults that tipped the scale for me. Aside from the falling apart clinic that smells ancient and the 2+ hours of wait in the waiting room and check up room. Beware, if you decide to go to this clinic only see his daughter, Vivien Pham, not the old abusive decaying old man Lac Pham.

We were going to this practice for a little over a year, this might be a little long. The office is very old and not particularly well-kept. Given that this is a pediatrician, the office has nothing in it to keep children busy. All of the other peds we have been to have some sort of toy or books or something to occupy their time. Not this office.

First issue that we have, there is no on-call service that you might find at other practices. They are open 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday, that’s it. If you try to call during off-hours, you end up getting an automated message telling you the hours of operation. Unfortunately for parents, kids are not always sick during normal business hours. Dealing with a sick child over the weekend awaiting the office to open on Monday morning can be nerve-racking. There were a couple times where we had to go to a walk-in clinic instead of the pediatrician because there was no way to get in contact.

Second issue, our son one morning had put playdough in his ear pretty far and we could not get it out ourselves. So, we took him to the doctor and it took very little time for them to remove it all by using long, thin tweezers. The problem came with what we were charged: $200+ for a “surgical procedure”. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Our son has always been a skinny kid, hovering around 30% for weight now. Before, much lower percentile. We went to Dr Pham for his well visit as normal. When discussing charges with our insurance, they mentioned that we were charged $150 for “Obesity consultation”. Maybe because he stepped on a scale, this is how they thought they could charge us for it? I don’t really know since they will not explain it.

We were recommended to go here from one of our family’s friends, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Pham is caring, professional and a great Dr. He has been seeing my nephew, niece and now my own daughter.
He has always answered any questions we have had and always been accommodating. His facility is small, but big is not always better.
