Very informative! Dr. Q really listened to my concerns, my son's struggles to cope in daily routines, and immediately noticed the medication my son was on was not helping his issues. He switched the medication up that day to the lowest dosage, he scheduled a 2 week follow-up to check on the progress. After much improvement, we upped the dosage slightly and he immediately scheduled another 2 week follow-up to check on the progress. Dr. Q truly listens and treated my son like a person and not talking about all of the issues infront of my son. I went to him based on his areas of expertise with ADHD and ASD, and he didn't disappoint! I highly recommend this office if you are a parent who's child struggles with the same issues, my son acts more like his old self laughing more and being a kid again!

The first time I scheduled an appointment with this office, they literally called up my grandma who I had as my emergency contact info and contacted her to reschedule my appointment for whatever reason and they ended up rescheduling it themselves to a random date and time without letting me know prior and then another day they reschedule my appointment the day of the appointment. Thankfully, I called them that morning to confirm and they ended up saying that they needed to reschedule which is so annoying and unprofessional & when I was in the office to fill out my paperwork, I saw the girls three or four of them, rescheduling people there on the spot for whatever reason. These people do not respect your time. So today they called me saying that I've been rescheduling and they need to get it right because they've been rescheduling me and they can't even remember what they be doing. They rescheduled my appointment twice, wrote me a random date and time and just texted me and told me to confirm without even actually calling me on the phone and scheduling that date and time with me. They rescheduled my appointment for me and assumed I would be available. Also, there's no reason for them to be contacting my grandma. I am of age. I am 22 years old. I am not a child for them to be contacting my grandma to reschedule an appointment. I don't even live with her. This office is so weird so if you want confidentiality, they ain't gonna give it to you. You have to call them to confirm your appointment or else they will assume you won’t show up and cancel it. I had an appointment with Dr. Quadri 10/07 3:45pm and they ended up keeping the same date & time but informed me I’m going to see Dr. Deshawn instead because they’re accommodating other clients, So annoying. They literally just called me again to tell me that my appointment is moved to 4 o’clock for the same day and then I’m gonna be talking to a woman instead. I hope y’all can obviously see from this review that this place is so unorganized and don’t respect or care about their customers time.

Dr Quadri was helpful, thorough and pleasant. He listened carefully. It was a bit odd to be speaking to him through a plastic shield. I will return to his office for regular checkups.

I had insomnia due to job pressure and my General Practitioner doctor prescribed an abundant dose of anti-anxiety medicine, which started a month of torture with acute anxiety, worse insomnia, breathing issues, and absolute loss of mental focus. After the 4th week with no relief, I made an appointment with Dr Quadri, who in one visit had me back to normal. He took me off all the medicines prescribed by the General Practitioner and gave me a mild sedative to address my insomnia. It's been three weeks of normality with no trace of anxiety. Thank you Dr Quadri.
Therefore, for your mental health problems, just go to the experts, and get the help you really need.

I absolutely love my new psychiatrist, Dr. Quadri at Psych Pointe of Florida! I was so afraid to change from my psychiatrist back in Fort Lauderdale, whom I loved having as a doctor as well. However I needed a psychiatrist that I could access in town, in office, and via telehealth, and Dr. Quadri and the staff in this office are amazing and made my transition smooth. Switching to this office and doctor has laid all my fears to rest, as he understands my diagnosis and medication requirements. Not to mention the office is a 5 minute walk from where I live. I highly recommend Psych Pointe of Florida and their doctors and staff to anyone who needs to feel comfortable, safe and without anxiety when finding a new psychiatrist. Truly the most helpful facility I have ever experienced with a kind attentive staff and a very thorough and professional doctor, with Dr. Quadri. Thank you so much for seamlessly restoring my mental health progress in Orlando.

Was a patient for 8 years w no problems. Then I was transferred to a new psychiatrist Stephany. She was terrible. No empathy, caring or understanding of my condition. She wanted me to do lab work but would not give me the right paperwork to get the labs done for over three weeks. I went through almost 3 weeks of trying to get the right paperwork to get the labs done but to no avail. She was no help at all. Also, the receptionist Andrea and Luz failed to return my calls for three weeks to get the labs done. Stephany put me on new medication and told me not to stop the medication. But when I ran out she did not continue to prescribe that medication. After 8 years she was the worst psychiatrist if ever had. It was clear to me that the patients, meaning me and my need for medication was not important. Do not go to this place for psychiatric medication. Specifically do not let her treat you. I’m saddened that after all these years Stephany made me move to another practice.

They took our insurance without much issue and were helpful in scheduling meetings, which can usually be online for accessibility. Dr Quadri was easy to talk to and was very helpful for me. They also do often check ins for patients who are using new medication to ensure safety. Thank you very much Psych Pointe of Florida!
