Over the past few years I feel like their level of care continues to go down.
When I first started seeing the doctor, I felt like he genuinely cared for my well-being and the well-being of the people that he was helping. Now over the last few years I feel like they do not care. I have been put through more frustrating situations than I can even count at this point, and they have never been active and helping me to get them resolved. In fact, the only thing that they’ve told me in times of need is that it’s going to be OK. Which for them it may be, but for me it really is not. It’s really discouraging and disheartening to see the changes in this practice, and to feel the complete lack of care I feel as his patient.

The fact that Danielle and Kimberly keep deleting my reviews goes to show I am speaking the truth and they are scared. I will not stop posting until I have my day in court against this clown show of a practice. Thos folks is the epitome of "I came here for better life and opportunity but got sucked in by greed so I sold my soul will lie cheat steal and kill for that sweet USA dollar" I hope Josiah has some good malpractice insurance because he has a lawsuit coming his way courtesy of *me* for many reasons but the main one is (and I was just informed of this by my new and amazing provider) this fool was overdosing me on ketamine simply because he was raking in that sweet sweet government insurance money with absolutely not a care in the world that he almost.killed me on more.than one occasion. I even spoke up and asked for a lower dose however the ever rude and for some reason superior despite having ZERO education, Danielle, denied my request thus putting me at risk yet again as there was never a licensed clinician in the building during my treatments. Yes she is named in my lawsuit also and there will be a sperate one for her and her part in committing felonies twice a week for over a year. Beware they break HIPPA every ten minutes and say terrible things about every patient and even gossiped to me about patients private info. I have found my voice and I have a strong team supporting me and like it or not the facts are the facts. If you don't want to suffer even more trauma than you are dealing with already dont go here. I could recommend my new provider but he is too good to be mentioned in a post speaking about the bottom feeding trash that makes up this practice
Good luck to those that still go here, you will need it and I hope you escape with your life...I almost didn't.

When I came around and found this place, I was in a very dark spot of my life-… It took a lot of adjusting and reconnecting. After getting back on track with medications and necessary adjustments it really felt like a family. A single call away, and they would be there for whatever it is that I need without degradation, no matter how much of an “inconvenience” I would think it would be. They take care of you like you are their own and really know how to make a small room a comforting safe space. They have been my number one greatest mental health advocate since I started here and they will make sure you get the treatment and hospitality you deserve. They will be your best friend and strongest allies ESPECIALLY when it comes to insurance companies refusing to take care of you. Absolutely recommend, this is a third home/safe space for me and I couldn't feel more comfortable if I tried. <3

Update they kicked me out as a patient for no reason. I guess it was Danielle. I'm doing a compliance with acchs , they stopped my care because I asked to see him one day before my appointment. Don't come here if your value you're self respect. Danielle the receptionist refuse to let your side no I was there because I didn't have an appointment I was there waiting sweating for an hour and Danielle did not even offer me water but as soon as another patient walked in she offered them water. That may not seem like a big deal but then when you've been waiting for an hour that's crazy. Here's the worst part she said I wasn't going to get to talk to anybody because I didn't have an appointment but that's against the insurance policy. Danielle is the most condescending customer service person I've known if I had walked there I could have dehydrated and she didn't even care enough to offer me water but she offered it to others. I've never met such a passive aggressive person in my life as Danielle. Not only is she trying to deny me access to my psychiatrist but she is literally trying to dehydrate me until I leave.

I absolutely love Dr. Josiah!! He has to be the only Dr. I've met who has shown me, that he isn't in this line of work to make money off his patients, but that he actually really cares and wants to help them! UNLIKE some Doctors I've met. He helped me when I needed it the most, especially when I only walked in and was pretty much having a break down, he didn't turn the other way. He listened and gave me advice that probably no Dr would have given me he really is a wonderful Doc. So is his staff. I truly am greatful that I found Zen.

The doctor and staff here are amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help a family member in need. I'm so thankful for the level of treatment from the doctor and communication from the office manager. Kind, friendly and caring. I would give 10 stars ? if I could! Thank you!

Completely careless staff. My mother has been trying to get her prescriptions filled for 3 weeks now and every time we call the receptionist tells us “it must have slipped the doctors mind” and that “it will be done today” and then nothing is done. Irresponsible and unprofessional. People NEED their medication and the staff and doctors here clearly cannot be bothered. It’s a shame my mother is suffering without her medication because of these peoples laziness.

Dr Josiah is the most compassionate psych dr I have ever met. I suffer from multiple mental disorders and have almost my entire life so I have seen my fair share of psych drs and I can finally say I found the one for me. He listens and makes sure you feel heard, he takes the time with you and never makes you feel rushed and he always does whatever he can to help you. He genuinely wants me to become the best I can be and I feel that during every visit. I highly recommend him if you are suffering from mental illness. Thank you Dr. Josiah for helping me to be the best version of myself and to continue working with me every appointment to become better & better. ?
