I have been so honored to complete my preceptorship at Psych4u. Dr. Carlos Gomez shows all of his patients such love and care. It has been truly inspirational to witness. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the psych practice and has gone out of his way to help his students and patients. He greets all of his patients with a huge smile and He remembers key details about all of them. I don't know how he does it. This has been the best office I have been in during all of my clinical rotations.

My therapist assigned me homework every week which became a crucial tool in managing my panic attacks and providing practical coping mechanisms. I am so impressed with the office and all of their staff. They are professional and kind. When I had an issue with a generic version changed from my brand medication by my insurance company. Kristen and William Hyman worked diligently with my insurance company to advocate for me. They were successful in the end. I have been so happy with my treatment plan for the past years in their care. They have in person appointments and video appointments. They are always running on time! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of support.

Scared Insecure woman that only plays doctor. A psychiatrist scared to take patients because they're scoring was too high? So a psychiatrist who only takes on worry and problem free patients? Along with the most horrible and inconvenient forms and I line form filler that is buggy and full of malware. Don't waste your time with this practice or hours trying to fill out forms that should take 10 min

Customer service is very disrespectful and rude on the phone . To the point they receptionist couldn’t conduct a basic conversation that’s she got a physician on the phone physician was also very rude yelling at me on the telephone , cutting me off refuse to let me speak and speaking to me like i was un-educated don’t know if he did that bc he thinks I’m African American that’s i can’t comprehend or be educated but that’s was very upsetting if i could leave a 0 i would . Disgusting behavior.

After moving to S. FL and having horrible issues with finding mental healthcare for my young son who was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy and ADHD, we came upon Psych4U. We’ve had an okay experience for over a year. Recently my husband was in the ER and needed emergency surgery and we were not able to make my son’s weekly appointment. When I called to cancel, they informed me that I would be charged an additional $100 after my $40 copay for cancelling less than 24 hrs from appointment time. This was upsetting due to the emergency and NEVER having inconvenienced them after over a year of weekly appointments. Then, my son needed a letter from his therapist for an epilepsy summer camp. She informed me that it would be a $100 charge for the letter. I am shocked!! I believe this is absurd!! Mind you, I sit in the lobby on a weekly basis listening to alllll the trash talk about employees and patients. And have been privy to the extremely unprofessional office manager rip into people. This is a company that is driven by money and not actual patient care. Unfortunately, insurance and healthcare in FL sucks. But when your child needs medication, your hands are tied. I have cancelled all future appointments and will figure something else out.

Due to a recent diagnose I started suffering from anxiety and depression. I was very conflicted on seeking help. I didn’t know if I was going to be judged or if there were going to think less of me. Until I visited Psych4u Services. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel comfortable. The doctor took his time to listen to me and he understood how I was feeling. He seemed very concerned and immediately developed a plan. This is why I highly recommended their services.
