I work as a front office medical receptionist and I was really disappointed that I wasn’t informed how high my copay was for the visit. When I arrived at my appointment I was told my copay was $94 and I let them know that I could not afford that. They tried to flip it onto me and say that I should’ve known or been told. And that if I cancelled the appointment I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If I was ever informed about how high my copay was I would have told them never mind. No one told me the price of the visit, not a single person told me over the phone or via text. I showed them the only text message i received was a reminder of the appointment. I left the office in tears because I thought I would have a therapy session today. I don’t like to leave reviews but I think it’s important to not do this again in the future for those that are suffering and need therapy.

Dr. Frazier has no business treating teenagers. She promotes children being manipulated by divorced parents and thinks it's okay to be alienated from healthy family members just because the teenager, who is troubled, has decided its best for her. She ignores signs that indicate the youth seriously needs intervention and help. Do NOT take a child here for help.

The counselor we worked with was pleasant, however the lady at the front desk is very rude. She wasn’t informative and acted like she expected me to know things as if it was my job. She is the reason I won’t be going back.
