Riverside Counseling Center has a beautiful office with serene qualities; artwork, comfortable atmosphere, and a fishtank in the waiting area that children appreciate.

One of the new staff members, a young woman, made our day just by speaking on the phone with my mother and I. It's been a trying time for our family, so sometimes things like that make a lot of difference. Sparks of joy.

Dr. Hall has been my doctor for 15 years. I believe his care has helped turn my life around. The staff has always been professional and kind.
I highly recommend Riverside and Dr.Hall based on my personal experience. I hear the other doctors and therapists are phenomenal as well.

My son has been going to Dr. Crawford for about 4 years now, and his meds are always called in asap. We don't usually have to wait long for pharmacy pick-ups or getting an appointment. Telehealth has also been a game changer these last 4 years, and we are quite thankful for it! Voice messages are responded to quickly also!!

My therapist There was very kind, and would listen to me. Even if I did get distracted most of the time there she didn’t get frustrated with me. In the room where we would talk she had a bunch of things to keep me busy. If I wanted to , I could draw, which I love doing so. Even though I had gotten distracted by my phone in the end, my therapist, was very patient with me. And I appreciate it.

I have been going to Riverside Counseling since April 2016 and have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hall. I have received wonderful care from him and have been pleased every time I see him. I have also been seeing Deirdre since the fall of 2017 and can't say enough wonderful things about my experiences with her. She has been such a great counselor and has helped me very much. The front desk staff is always ready with a smile and is very helpful. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Riverside Counseling. I highly recommend them!

It is very rare that you see a doctor take the time and really listen, open to options, and become your teammate in tweaking your treatment with the aim of the best possible outcome. Dr Crawford is pretty great. The human respect shows through.
