Seth was totally on top of everything from the time he helped me quickly find the right home up through closing and beyond. I told Seth I needed to get out of my house, but I didn’t know how. He said he knew how to help me and boy did he ever.
He helped me find a place to move into. I selected what to keep and a liquidator took the rest including yard cleanup. He gave me a list of improvements needed in order to maximize the sale of my home. He visited the property frequently overseeing the progress being made.
Seth knew the market and we adjusted accordingly. He held two open houses and was hands on preparing the house for showings.
He was patient, quick to answer emails, and knowledgeable.
