Two of my now grown children with complicated neurological conditions have been in the care of Dr. Tuwiner for over a decade. He is an incredible diagnostician with unbelievable knowledge of neurological conditions , medical testing related to their issues, and excellent understanding of how to treat various complex disorders. The staff is just as helpful and has excellent communication skills and immediate follow up. I literally can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tuwiner and his whole office they take the best care of their patients.

I saw Dr Tuwiner a few times for Bell’s palsy, and I was utterly disappointed. He essentially told me that nothing can be done & I have to live with it. I found out a couples of yrs later, from other doctors, that I should have gotten facial physical therapy & there medical procedures that can make a significant difference. If I had gotten the physical therapy early it could have been more effective. He just didn’t care, and literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before he rushed to his next patient. A complete waste of money, even if your insurance is paying. Could have gotten more from Google or chatGPT.

If you have migraines avoid this place. Our nanny was going here for a while. After finding no solutions and mistreatment my wife went with her. She observed similar lack of solutions. Since my wife also has migraines, she took our nanny elsewhere and began to find the right medication and solutions.

Today she went for pain management and when she was asked about her history of treatment, the person tending her acknowledged this doctor has a reputation of not helping migraine patients. Normally I wouldn't waste my time, but because I understand migraines are extremely painful the last thing someone should do is waste their time suffering with a doctor that has no interest or ability in treating a problem.

Dr. Tuwiner has been amazing. I had a stroke at 41, he’s been so kind and helpful during this really difficult time, explaining everything and researching my case to best help me. So lucky to have him on my side. He’s a wonderful human. I forgot to mention how wonderful his office staff are and how much they make you feel cared for. Thanks y’all
