Going into our house hunting trip, we had a short time to look at houses. Seth did a great job of scheduling the houses that we would see and coordinating with the sellers' realtors. Seth was very accommodating and understood our needs/wants as home buyers. He was definitely an advocate for us as we went under contract. We are very thankful that Seth was available and excited to show us each home we expressed interest in. What my fiance and I loved about him was that he was never pushy, gave us the space to discuss each home, was positive, and would offer opinions, only if asked. We were quite thankful that he seemed to get back to us pretty quickly, and we would be able to get into see a home pretty fast. We never really had to wait that long. When we found our home on Prouty Dr., Seth handled everything, and minimized the amount of work we had to do. He made it so much less stressful than it could have been.
