Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful just all around distasteful. My family has never worked with a company as bad as this one, the lack of care for their patients and employees is quite concerning as they specialize in home CARE. The caregivers they send lack training and proper etiquette, it’s like they’re hiring anyone off the street. We decided to hire my cousin in order to care for my grandmother and when it was time for him to get paid Kim claimed he falsified paperwork after telling him to sign papers for my grandmother seeing and she cannot write, she also signed for my grandmother as well. Not only that she showed up to my grandmother’s house being completely disrespectful and hostile. She has since refused to give my cousin a proper check after he has been working everyday for 2 weeks. To avoid unprofessionalism I would NOT sign up with this service.

The company was hired to work for my grandmother and they have sent workers that steal. They are just absolutely rude and so is the owner Kim she argued up and down with my mother about the pay of one of my family members because they were a better hire than her workers. She didn’t want to pay him and then said because I drive nice vehicles I could afford to pay him. Down right disrespectful and distasteful I would not recommend them to anyone.

They held on ti my roommates case for over a month without sending a caregiver said they were waiting for paperwork. . Only after being confronted by her case manager, did they admit they didn't have help. We are both handicapped and desperately needed the help. We called daily to the point of frustration. They were rude and almost threatening that they would be the ones ti get in touch with us. I would think twice about using this company for your loved one.

If there was a zero stars I would have picked that. Terrible company for the care of your loved one. Staff doesn't have a clue what the others are doing. No organization whatsoever. When the employees call out and aren't going to show up you find out after you call your homebound elderly father when they haven't shown up after 2/3 hours past the time they were supposed to be there. So then you call the so called supervisor that plays stupid and acts like it's no big deal. Then you are told there is a girl that watches on her computer when people clock in and out to make sure people are where they are supposed to be but if that's the case then how does she not know when your Dad has been sitting waiting on the caregiver to come help him with dinner and bedtime? Also don't call the owner because you won't get a return call. Just don't waste your time and your loved ones much needed care on this company. Pick another at the beginning of their care needs.

My aunt is a paraplegic and she needs a nurse at all time to help with her everyday things, and this company hired my uncle to help with her and has cut his pay and refused to send a morning nurse, keeps pulling the women they send from her house with no explanation, everytime we call they claim to be working on getting a nurse but we never receive a call back and she never gets a morning nurse, leaving her family to do the companies job, Simply Elite truly is a horrible company, they don't have any communication skills with the patients, or the patients families, they cut the hours and pay on the girls and family they hire to work for them, they truly are horrible and I advise anyone to think twice before using this company for the care of a loved one.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! I truly wish I would of recorded the conversation with the owner Kim. She said the "none of these idiot workers know what the hell they are doing" & "she can give half pay for any mistakes on time sheets because her ins. company told her she could" & it is VERY TRUE that she will in fact cut pay in half and hold your pay for up to three weeks. She hires anyone off the streets even if they have NO experience with nursing of any kind. I am very experienced over 40 years of home care, nursing home care, hospice care, and telemetry (heart\hospital). If I dont know what I am up against I call in my RN friends and family and make sure I do it correctly. I beg you if you need help with your loved one please choose a different company. I hate leaving a terrible review but it needs done!!!

Very rude people cut your pay don't pay you for the hours you do work and will not return your phone calls or your emails I wouldn't even give him one star I wouldn't even let them take care of my dog if I had one
