We came here from Venice, FL because of Hurricane Milton. I had talked to Tyshion Williams over the phone and he was very nice, professional and helpful. Met him when we checked in and he was even nicer and helpful in person! A great person and employee! The world and workplaces need more people just like him!!!! He was very busy being the only one in the office but he was nice to everyone that came in the (very small) lobby! the hotel is going through renovations but we are on the third floor and it looks branch new. We are only the second people that have stayed in this room. It is very clean, modern and spacious!

This place has a lot of ghetto patrons. My rental car was scratched with a huge gash in the morning, the cleaning crew does an awful job, and they talk mess about their guests. About the only thing good here is free parking and maybe because you get breakfast or walkable distance to town center. The front desk try their best but the back end people need to step up. The bathrooms aren’t well cleaned, bedsheets not changed, and soap bottles not refilled. And I have status with Marriott too. I can’t believe this is in Weston.

DO NOT STAY HERE, location is not the safest, our room smelled and felt disgusting. If it wasn’t because we got there so late and were so tired and wanted to rest then we would def have gone somewhere else or even slept in our car. We got infested with bedbug bites, I even cancelled the second night and didn’t care about losing the money. Really sucks that I have to leave this review but it is what it is.

I've always had great experiences with TownePlace Suites and this one didn't disappoint. We arrived late but the young man was quick to check us in.

Our room was comfortable and the bed was decent. The bathroom was clean and the shower had the rigjht hot water pressure. Definitely a highlight after a long day.

The free breakfast was smaller than other locations. The young lady working the area was so disengaged. I couldn't locate the trash can, was actively looking around, and a fellow guest decided to help me.

Other than that, we'd stay here again.

I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. I stayed in 2024, this month. My room was clean. Folks were nice. I'd stay again. You could tell it was recently renovated and not with high end reno's but the price is right and the place is safe. Not much within walking distance tho.

I had not stayed at a Marriott property in about 14 years!! I used to be a huge Marriot fan, as I used to work for them.
This property was very disappointing!!!!!!! It needs ALOT of updating and remodeling!!!! It is priced as a Towneplace Suites but definitely did not stand up to the name!!! The 2 bedroom suite only had 1 bathroom. The kitchen could not have been smaller as the bedrooms were very small!!! It appeared to me to have been an older apartment building that they tried to turn into a hotel? I may be wrong, but it was not anything I had ever stayed in before!!! Especially with Marriott's name attached!!!! We were there for 2 nights, and on the 1st night, we were given a room with a broken TV. When I alerted the front desk, they told me they knew it was out of order and had no other room to move us!!!!! The following morning, when I complained, AGAIN! I was told.....we do have another room available! You can move if you want!!! We did move for the last night, and it was just not worth the money!!! The sleeper sofa was very much worn, as was the entire room!!! The hotel was quiet!!! There was not anyone hanging around outside, and it felt secure for my family and I. When I complained at checkout, the manager did offer me: to let her know the next time I'm in town for compensation!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel with the prices they charge VS the accommodations you receive!!! The secure, quiet environment was the real bonus!!! It felt very Motel-ish!!
