Josiah at U-Build-It came through and was a huge help in locating some special-order soffit that is a profile that we needed for a customer. I have to say his customer service was top notch. He called back when he said he would and even followed up 2 times to make sure I had all the information I needed. If he hadn't been so helpful we would not have been able to take the job and the customer would still be searching for a local contractor to make his home whole and complete.

I ordered a specialty door from U-BUILD-IT, 2-3 months ago and never received it.. I emailed them a few times and never received a reply back. Come to find out.. They shipped it to ANOTHER STATE!!! I will not do business with them ever again!!

If I could give a negitive number I would, Quoted lead time ended up doubled. Then drawings was wrong dimentions got the revisions back with wrong jobsite address. Avoid these clowns if at all possible.

U-Build it Ft Myers came thru for us when others couldn't. We needed Aluminum soffit to match an existing building and without Josiah and Abigale we would have not made our deadline.

Lady in the front was rude and not very helpful. Paid over $200 for 2 8" facia, 3 16" soffit and 1 tie-down cable for the pool cage. $150 at lowes or hd. It's not u-build either, you can't build anything yourself and they can't either. They couldn't make a 4' piece of j channel lol cape was just as bad...
