I feel like most people that would come and google review their post office probably have some isolated issue. I figure hey, I'll go review it because I've never had a problem. Has always been a quick and pleasant experience every time I've gone in. Seem like capable people. Very clean too.

Mail delivery service: Our subdivision has multiple carriers because, according to management, we have to wait until more subdivisions are built to have a permanent carrier (even though we had one for the 15 years prior). The mail is delivered to the wrong address more than not sometimes as far as 5-6 miles away and a few times carriers have driven in and out of the neighborhood delivering to just a few mailboxes. If this changes for the better I will change my review.

Terrible service! They don’t even try. Our mail regularly gets lost and we receive other people’s mail ALL THE TIME. Just today I received mail for 3 other addresses and none of them were ours.

Also, I had filed a claim about a damaged product that I shipped. Not only did they not pay the insurance claim, they kept the product too after they told me to bring it in so that they could see the damage after I got it back. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Received notification that a package was waiting for us at this location. I walked in at 4:45 p.m. As soon as the "worker" behind the counter saw me, she quickly closed the gate. Right in my face! From behind the gate, she yelled, "We close at 4:45!" That would be fine, except for the fact that the peach-colored package notification we received clearly states that the package may be picked up "M-F 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M." A photo of this message is included with this review for the postmaster's convenience, though judging by how his employees act, I wasted my time uploading it.

Because of THEIR error -- and incompetence -- a Father's Day gift won't be received on time. The real pity is that my taxes pay that lazy worker's salary. Hey, postmaster! Maybe there's a reason your Google Local rankings are garbage?

I'll never set foot in this cesspool again.

I was supposed to receive a very important document in the mail. It was listed on my informed delivery page to come to me on this certain day. I get everything else but not this document . If I find out it's been stolen I will sue everyone in that place!. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I stopped by around 11:30AM to cash a USPS money order. They asked me to come back later because they couldn’t cash a $250.00 MO. They wouldn’t even ask a supervisor if they could get an extra $150.00 to complete the drawer and cash the MO. WHAT A JOKE! Then they wonder why people rather use UPS.
