Absolutely wonderful staff that's welcoming and willing to help. We accidentally booked the wrong month for our reservation online and they still helped us sort it out. Process was easy, staff was wonderful, and car was safe and sound! Also wonderful shuttle service that's free to and from the terminals. Just know to text their number for pickup at the hotel / private car pick up stops at the upper departure level of LAX rather than the arrivals level. They will call you and ask what terminal you are at and dispatch a shuttle for you.

I usually would not write a review for a carpark however, this one is outstanding. Good clean, safe and convenient parking, and Byron the manager is absolutely amazing. He’s a real class very helpful and actually save me as a customer. You are in good hands here. Five stars.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Manager Derek for his assistance in several challenging situations. Despite many negative reviews about the airport parking, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to the bad reviews, the location, service, and shuttle timing were all satisfactory. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle, and the parking area was safe and clean. I’m confident that I will use this service again in the future.

Wally Park Premier garage always has excellent service, from start to finish. I use their valet service, there is never a wait to drive in and drop off right in the front. Their assistance to get out and onto the shuttle is excellent. Shuttle drivers are always quick, alert, and organized to get departures and arrivals on and off. And of course, returning is a breeze. I had lots of help from Miguel today, he is friendly, and kind. Thank you Wally Park!

I have been a happy WallyPark customer for more than 15 years, until today. I prepaid a full-service reservation from Oct 8th to the 12th, but had to cancel one hour before I was due to arrive, due to hurricane Marvin in Florida. WallyPark policy requires 4 hours of notice to cancel, otherwise you lose your ENTIRE prepaid deposit. I expected to lose one day, but not the entire $185 paid. Good thing I was not going for 30 days. I suggest not making a prepaid reservation if there is ANY POSSIBILITY of needing to cancel. Somehow, I think this is crooked.
PS - After applying pressure, WallyPark agreed to provide a full refund, just this one time.

Very happy so far. Used the free luggage drop to drop off our luggage before parking. The luggage guys were super helpful. They helped us get our luggage out of our vehicle and load it onto the shuttle. Plenty of available parking spaces.

Update 12-27-21 We were picked up by the WallyPark shuttle within a few minutes of stepping outside the terminal. The driver helped us with our luggage and drove us to the garage. We are very happy with our WallyPark experience.

Great service! We didn't have to wait at all going and coming back. They were there and ready every time. The lot has padded dividers to keep your car from getting dinged!
