The worst experience! Try to say away from this parking lot if you value your time. Like the other customers mentioned here. It is a complete nightmare to wait for them to pick up from the terminal. The shuttle drivers just ignored you. I tried to wave and chase, they just stayed on the very left lane and flew away, didn’t even think about making a stop. Unacceptable! I guess if you are lucky enough to have someone in the inbound bus who happens to book the airlines at your terminal. Otherwise figured out yourself! still mad at how they treated customers. Never book this place again.

It was a great experience going in, i don’t understand why it has low reviews. My family of four had reservations and we were allowed access into the outdoor parking lot right away after scanning our code. Once we parked and grabbed our bags out of the trunk the shuttle pulled up right behind our car and we went to the airport right away. The driver was very friendly and the seats were comfortable, clean and it was fresh in the shuttle. The driver remembered our terminal number and ensured we got off at the correct gate. Overall amazing experience parking and I will write a review coming back. Tipped the great driver for awesome customer service he took time to carry our luggage on and off the shuttle. Thanks

Avoid at All Costs – Horrible Service!

If you’re considering Wally Park Express at LAX, run the other way. From start to finish, our experience was an absolute disaster. The rudeness was shocking—every single person we encountered, from the shuttle drivers to the receptionist and even the person who answered the phone, acted like we were an inconvenience. They couldn’t care less about customer service.

We waited an outrageous hour for our pick-up after a long trip, and on the way to the airport, it took 45 minutes from parking to drop-off! Completely unacceptable. If you value your time and don’t want your trip ruined before it even begins, do NOT use this service.

Stay away at all costs. Trust me—there are better, more reliable options out there. Don’t let Wally Park Express destroy your travel plans with their unprofessionalism and total disregard for customers. You’ve been warned.

Waited over an hour for the EXPRESS bus after being told it’s only 5-10 minutes. We called to check in and they kept saying they will be there soon. They kept lying to us, I wish they were at least honest about the wait. I understand LAX sucks and it’s so busy, but lying is not the right way to run a business.

We had 9 premier buses pass us. We called a second time and they told us, “ask one of the premier bus drivers to see if they can take you to the EXPRESS lot. Some of them do that.” This is the most disorganized and unprofessional company.

If we would’ve known that premier was a faster pickup, we would’ve paid for that. We were told the pickup for either premier or express was around 10 mins. Some transparency would be greatly appreciated.

Oby saved us twice. First as we were checking in very early in the morning and also as we left the parking lot when returning for our car. He insured we got a parking space which was great because we wanted to get there have enough time to get to our plane. Then as I was leaving the parking structure he was able to again help me out because I lost my ticket. He found my reservation and helped me get it taken care of. Thanks so much Oby! The airport experience can be such a mad rush and nightmarish but he was so friendly and made it so much more pleasant! Thank you thank you thank you!!

WallyPark Express was an inexpensive way to park and fly. After a week on Vacation we came back to our car was safe and intact. We also forgot our stroller in one of their shuttles. When we went back to get our stroller they were very helpful and accommodating. Leslie and the shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. We will be using WallyPark Express for our flights out of LAX again

Shuttles say they run every 15minutrs. We waited one hour and saw every other shuttle company multiple times called and got AI and got
Computer for a pick up but still took some time. We ended up on a Wally park truck and driver was kind enough to drop us off however he saw the Wally express behind us so we got out of his shuttle and the driver was extremely unprofessional on Wally express. Last time using this company

Absolutely disappointed in this company.. I should have know from the beginning that there were only two shuttles to begin with. My family and I waited over 2 hours for our shuttle to pick us up from the airport to take us back to our car and still never got picked up, my father in law unfortunately had to walk to the parking location and pick up our car himself so we can finally leave. If I could give this company 0 stars I would but unfortunately I couldn’t. DONT RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO GET YOU TO YOUR FLIGHT ON TIME OR PICK YOU UP FROM YOUR TRAVELS… very disappointed terribly service. Run away !!
